The Great SCAIOMTSE, (or Staff, Committee and Isle of Man Trippers social evening) is upon us.

We are conscious that the school used to have socials for staff and that these haven’t happened for far too long! We have been talking about organising a staff and committee social evening for a while.  We had also planned an Isle of Man trippers event to eat, drink and talk.  Well we are combining the ideas. You are cordially invited to join us in the Green Man Leighton Bromswold, on 17th October at about 19:30.  There will be the chance to drink and eat.  Please let Dick Martin know, whether or not you want to go and also if you want to partake of the buffet (cost c £7.50 / head).

You will have the chance to hear some of the performances from the Isle of Man and look at some photos, joining in the caption competition, to the embarrassment of the unsuspecting volunteers whose photos will be used.

Its also a good opportunity to mingle with others from Music School in a relaxed atmosphere and we are keen to hear your ideas and how you’re getting on. Of course all of this is optional and you may wish to just talk about the stock market crash, the Large Boredom Collider (;-)) and how you are glad to be a musician rather than a stockbroker.
