The following is an email received from the Isle of Man Arts Council who helped in many ways (and continue to help support music-making on the Isle of Man:-

Dear Nic
Many thanks for your very kind letter and photograph addressed to Emma Gleave. Emma is on her honeymoon at the moment, so I am responding on her behalf.
I am so glad to hear how much you enjoyed your visit to our beautiful Island and that you had such a good experience at the Villa Marina. The gardens certainly are a lovely setting, especially when blessed with sunshine. I have taken the liberty of copying your letter to the General Manager of the Villa Marina, and have also given her the picture which I understand she is going to have framed and hung in the Villa Marina itself in the section dedicated to bands. I thought this was better than just hanging it on the wall here at the Arts Council, where it would be seen by only a few people.
With very best wishes.
